Light ruby red, vivid and bright
Fruity and floral scents characteristic of the grape variety, highlighting raspberry, pomegranate and blood orange with a balsamic and peppery touch.
Lingering finish with return of blood orange peel, hints of acid-fleshed red fruits that anticipate the progression of a deep sip.
First courses and soups of both land and sea, white and red meats in preparations that are not too fatty and heavy, in summer also with fatty meat fish such as salmon, tuna or turbot, or to medium-aged semi-hard or hard cheeses.
